The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at 6pm at the Earle Mountain Room, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Notice of Intent filed by William Kreykes. Applicant proposes invasive vegetation management at property located at 60 Bayview Road, Map 19, Parcel 20.
Notice of Intent filed by Eileen Mandanici. Applicant proposes rock revetment at property located at 31 Longstreet Lane, Map 10, Parcel 335A.
Notice of Intent filed by Maryellen and David MacDowell. Applicant proposes reconstruction of front entry way and vista pruning at property located at 655 Herring Brook Road, Map 14, Parcel 015.
Request for Certificate of Compliance filed by Frank and Janet Bianco. DEP SE 19-1266 for septic system upgrade at property located at 290 Salt Works Road, Map 04, Parcel 005.
